To be upfront with you — end of lease cleaning has limits. The following fall outside the scope of our service:

  • Ceiling cleaning
  • Exterior windows (unless added on)

Is carpet steam cleaning included? +
Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on service and is quoted separately based on the number of carpeted rooms. When you request your quote, let us know how many rooms have carpet and we'll include it in your pricing.

Yes. If your real estate agent or property manager requests a re-clean after our service, we will return within 7 days at no extra cost.
